Conference Registration

We look forward to welcoming you to the 2023 Annual Conference of the British Association for Islamic Studies on 18th and 19th May 2026.

Registration for the conference is managed by the BRAIS Management Hub at the Alwaleed Centre, University of Edinburgh via the University of Edinburgh's ePay system.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not offering accommodation packages for BRAIS 2026 due to the wide variety of accommodation options available near the venue. Delegates should organise their own accommodation for the duration of their time in London.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if you register as a delegate of BRAIS 2026 but subsequently need to cancel, BRAIS will refund you in full up to two weeks before the conference begins (Monday 4 May 2026). Any cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded.

Delegate Fees

Delegates can choose to attend the full conference (two days) or just one day. There are three delegate categories to choose from and the costs are outlined below.

Delegate Fees for the Full Conference:

Student member of BRAIS: £70 - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Student non-members + Full/Associate Members of BRAIS: £120 - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Non-students/non-members of BRAIS: £150 - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Delegate Fees for Single Day (either Monday 15th or Tuesday 16th May):
